1. Ownership of content

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including but not limited to text, articles, research, industry analysis, blog posts, the AI Glossary, page layouts, graphics, images, icons, video, our logo, and the structure, questions, scoring methodology and report formats of the INTAI Assessment Suite™ (together, the “Content”), is the copyright of INTAI LIMITED or its licensors, and is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and other applicable UK and international intellectual property laws.

The compilation, arrangement and selection of Content on this website is also protected as a database and as a literary work in its own right, separately from the copyright in any individual piece of Content within it.

2. Trademarks

“INTAI” and the INTAI logo are trademarks of INTAI LIMITED. Names used throughout this website to describe our proprietary tools and reports, including the INTAI Assessment Suite™, and the individual assessment and index names such as the AI Governance Assessment™, AI Governance Index™, AI Readiness Assessment™, AI Risk Assessment™, Executive Governance Report™ and equivalent titles used across our other assessments and reports, are trademarks of INTAI LIMITED, whether or not they appear with a trademark symbol on any given page.

Other product names, logos and company names referred to on this website, including those of AI models, platforms and vendors mentioned for descriptive or comparative purposes (for example, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar), are the trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party trademark does not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, INTAI.

3. Permitted use

You may:

  • view, browse and use this website on a device for your own personal or internal business reference;
  • print or download individual pages for internal, non-commercial reference, provided any copyright, trademark and attribution notices are kept intact; and
  • quote a brief, properly attributed extract from our research or glossary in your own work, provided you credit INTAI and, where practical, link back to the original page on intai.co.uk.

Any use beyond this, including use for commercial purposes, requires our prior written permission, which you can request using the contact details in Section 8.

4. Prohibited use

Except where expressly permitted in Section 3 or agreed with us in writing, you must not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or publicly display substantial parts of our Content;
  • modify, adapt or create derivative works from our Content, including reusing our assessment questions, domains, scoring methodology or report structure to build a competing tool or service;
  • use automated tools, scrapers, crawlers or bots to systematically extract Content, including glossary definitions or assessment questions, at scale;
  • remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice on our Content;
  • use our name, logo or any of our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or partnership without our prior written consent; or
  • frame, mirror or otherwise incorporate this website, or any part of it, into another website or service without our prior written consent.

These restrictions are in addition to, and do not limit, the acceptable use provisions in our Terms & Conditions.

5. Third-party content and attribution

Where this website includes content, statistics, images or quotations sourced from third parties, we credit the original source where required or appropriate. Rights in that third-party content remain with its respective owner, and your use of it is subject to that owner’s own terms in addition to ours. If you believe we have used third-party content without appropriate permission or attribution, please contact us using the details in Section 8 so we can investigate and, where necessary, correct it.

6. Information you submit to us

Where you submit information to us, for example through an Assessment, an enquiry form or by email, you retain ownership of that information; by submitting it, you grant INTAI a licence to use it strictly as described in our Privacy Policy, for example to generate your Assessment Report or respond to your enquiry. We do not claim ownership of information you submit, and we do not publish identifiable client or user submissions without your separate, explicit agreement.

7. Reporting infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with:

  • a description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed;
  • the specific URL or page on intai.co.uk where the material appears;
  • your contact details; and
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, and that the information you have provided is accurate.
